serves: makes about 1 quart
notes: I sprinkled some date syrup onto mine once it remained in the pan (pre-freezing) and sorta twirled it in with a butter knife to get a “caramel ripple” ambiance. It was tasty! You can get date syrup online, at organic food shops, or you can make it yourself. Likewise, I included a tiny splash of natural vodka to prevent super-hard freezing. 2 cups raw cashews
4 extremely ripe bananas
1 vanilla bean
pinch of great sea salt
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced raw walnuts
1/2 cup cacao nibs

Soak the cashews in filtered water for a minimum of 4 hours or over night. Drain pipes and wash.
