  • In a medium bowl, integrate the tahini, gewurztraminer vinegar, maple syrup, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend this mix till you have a thick paste. Then, gradually include the ice water in 1 tablespoon increments, blending the sauce after each addition. When you have a fluid, pale, and velvety consistency, you’re great! Include more cold water if needed. Then, season the sauce with salt and pepper and stir in the poppy seeds.
  • This sauce is best after keeping in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. It keeps in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about a week!
